Site Audits & Reports
Site visit to check measurements and condition against available drawn survey information. Observations on traffic flow, establish local build regulations & permissions required. Compile photographic & written report.

Tender & Contract Admin
On behalf of clients issue tender to agreed list of suppliers. Analyse cost submissions and compile report and recommendation. Draw up contract/agreement between employer & supplier.

Programme Management
Liaise with suppliers & client teams to guide and track the on site installation or roll out programme.

Construction Documents
Based on design presentation compile a list of all technical drawings & specifications required by build partners. Prepare a written specification of works to describe all necessary construction tasks to create concept.

Value Engineering
Using knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods use step by step techniques to obtain best value whilst retaining design intent and creating robust fit for purpose environment & fittings.

Site Supervision
Monitor site works during the construction period, lead site meetings, issue minutes & progress reports. At handover compile snagging report & certification.
